Countdown to a New Home

As I look around the echoing confines of what is about to become our old house, I'm nostalgic. K and I moved into this house a family of two with a little dog named Dixie. Moving out, we still have Dixie, but we've been joined by two wonderful children. Reid will probably rely on the pictures that have been posted on this blog to supplement his hazy memory of this, his first home. Sania won't remember a thing about this place, and as Grammy said today, we'll drive by the old place and point out that this was the house we lived in when she was born.

Dixie and I are closing down the place tonight, the movers come tomorrow, and we're taking up residence at a new home Tuesday afternoon. Check out a preview gallery of photos from the house here.
